The purchaser must cover all shipping costs when the product is purchased and if it is returned. Considering the size of many of the items that Homegirls carries, alternative shipping methods must often be used. If the shipping price changes after a product is purchased, the purchaser will be notified before the item is shipped. Merchandise returned after 15 days can be exchanged or returned for store credit. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Returns will we only be accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Footwear returns must include the original show box in its original condition and without postal labels. Sales merchandise is always a FINAL SALE, and no exchanges or store credit will be accepted for discounted sale items.
